• For standard pricing, your file should be less than 50 MB in size, and must be one of the following file types: .PDF
• If your file is larger than 50 MB in size or is not one of our supported file types, there may be an extra charge to convert your file. (We will let you know if there will be an extra charge or if we are not able to convert your file.)
• If your file is very large (>150MB) you must send it to us on a CD rather than over the web.
• Your file must have the three character "extension" that identifies the file type.
• You won't be able to see an online preview because we assume you looked at your file before sending it to us.
• If you have any special requirements for trimming, please let us know in the Special Instructions Box when adding your item to the cart. If you are framing your print or hanging it in a window and you need the finished size to be exact, please also let us know the dimensions in the Special Instructions box.
